Abstract:
PURPOSE: To offer related puzzles in book form and prevent each piece from slipping off even with application of an external force during distribution or storage by a method wherein a plurality of jigsaw puzzle mounts of approximately the same shape each containing a jigsaw puzzle in a flat state in a recessed part are foldably connected through folding lines.
CONSTITUTION: A book with jigsaw puzzle is so constructed that two or more, e.g. four in this case, jigsaw puzzle mounts 1-4 of approximately the same shape each containing a jigsaw puzzle made of a large number of pieces 21, 22... in a flat state in a recessed part are foldably connected through folding lines (a)-(d). In this construction of the jigsaw puzzle, a plurality of combination puzzles can be simultaneously offered in a book form. In addition, since the puzzles are juxtaposed through the folding lines (a)-(d), there is no possibility that the parts having the puzzles are exposed outside by folding up the mounts with the puzzle-containing surfaces disposed inside, and the pieces 21, 22... never slip off even with application of an external force during distribution or storage.
