To inhibit fraudulent opening of a book by disabling the opening of the book through the use of a constitution wherein resticking cannot be done by an ordinary means once unsticking is done.

Adhesive layers 8, which are joined together in a mutually releasable manner and which cannot be rebonded together under a prescribed laminating pressure, are provided on a sealing tape 5 and end sides of front and back covers 3 and 4 of the book 1; the sealing tape 5 is stretched from an end side part of the front cover 3 to an end side part of the back cover 4; and the sealing tape 5 and the front and back covers 3 and 4 are separably stitched together by joining the adhesive layers 8 together, so that the fraudulent opening can be inhibited.
