Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding tape capable of binding a good looking book regardless of the number of sheets constituting a document.SOLUTION: A bookbinding tape 1 bonded on a bonding base outer surface of a document made by overlaying a plurality of sheets to bind a book, includes: a tape body 2 configured to form an adhesive surface including first and second areas attached to one side and another side of a document, respectively, and an intermediate area 2a3 positioned between these both areas, in the inner surface side; first and second release sheets 3, 4 releasably attached to the first and second areas of the tape body; an adjusting release sheet 5 releasably attached to the intermediate area and forming substantially a fixed width; and selectively releasing means 6 for selectively achieving a single release state capable of releasing only the first release sheet and a continuous release state in which the adjusting release sheet is interlockingly released when releasing the first release sheet, corresponding to a difference of the position for initiating to turn up the first release sheet.
