The method for manufacturing the booklet also used for the envelope with the expansion page comprises: a first step of folding page parts 14a-14c in a bellows shape from one end side while increasing or decreasing the folding width for each fold of the sheet-like raw material 3; a second step of sticking envelope parts 12a and 12b and the page part 14c opposite to each other along a binding line 24 in the direction orthogonal to folding lines 21-23 in the first step; a third step of folding the envelope parts 12a and 12b and the page parts 14a-14c along the binding line 24 so that the folded page parts 14a-14c form the inner side; a fourth step of folding a flap part 15 and sticking it to the envelope part 12b; and a fifth step of cutting of a folding line 23 part between the envelope parts 12a and 12b and the page part 14c.
