Abstract:
To provide a booklet carry-out device that can prevent a booklet being stuffed or the like from being damaged.
This booklet carry-out device A includes a containing portion 3 for containing a booklet 1 stacked on one another, a carry-out mechanism 5 for carrying out the booklet 1 in the containing portion 3, a stepping motor 17 for energizing driving force to the mechanism 5, a slit plate 22 and an optical sensor 23 for detecting a rotation of an output shaft of the motor 17, and a control circuit 30 for controlling the motor 17 which determines whether the mother 17 is being stepped out based on a detection result of the sensors 22 and 23, and stops the motor 17 if it determines the motor 17 is stepped out.
