Abstract:
To provide a booklet creation device capable of improving a processing speed of the creation of a booklet and appropriately forming a crease.SOLUTION: A booklet creation device stacks a sheet bundle supplied from each of a plurality of supply lines to form a sheet set, and performs a predetermined processing on the sheet set to finish the same into a booklet. The booklet creation device includes: a folding mechanism that adds a crease to the sheet bundle supplied from each of the supply lines; a sheet set forming mechanism that creates the sheet set by accumulating a folded sheet bundle added with the crease in the folding mechanism; and a control unit. The control unit can control the supply lines so as to divide and supply a plurality of sheets to be supplied from a certain supply line into a plurality of sheet bundles to be included in one sheet set, and when the sheet bundles are supplied separately, the separately supplied sheet bundles are stacked in the sheet set forming mechanism to form one sheet set together with the sheet bundle supplied from the other supply line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
