Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a booklet having a step-wise (staged) heading formed at a small lot from one sheet on which the image of a plurality of pages is imposed to be printed.SOLUTION: The booklet of six sheets is created by applying an adhesive on the sheet longitudinal center line of one sheet on which the image of the plurality of pages is imposed to be printed, folding the sheet twice in the sheet longitudinal direction, then folding the sheet in half in a direction orthogonal to the sheet longitudinal direction, and cutting a top and a bottom against the background of the folded part. In this case, before the adhesive is applied on the sheet longitudinal center line, for an area from a booklet head sheet to a sixth sheet, areas outside the positions of distances L, L+α, L+2α, L+3α, L+4 α, and L+5α from the sheet longitudinal center line to a sheet lateral end are cut, and an end becoming the small lot of the booklet is sequentially cut to be longer by a predetermined length α for each sheet.
