Abstract:
To raise reliability of a page turning performance in a booklet handling device.
In the booklet handling device, page turning rollers 162a and 162b have tapered forms. The page turning rollers 162a and 162b having a small inner diameter and a large outer diameter are fixed to a rotary shaft 30. Their turning powers 50a and 50b developing during their rotation tilt obliquely sideward to the free ends to the opening and closing directions of a bandbook 20 so as to act sideward to the free ends in order to avoid the stiffness resistance of a page.
