Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet for eliminating binding by a stapler, providing an easy handling and being gentle for an environment by simply and easily manufacturing the booklet used for a payment notice or a tax notice.
SOLUTION: A continuous form 13 is partitioned to unit forms 23, 24 via a bursting perforations 22 in a lateral direction, predetermined prints are executed on the forms 23, 24 to constitute the form 23 for a cover, the form 24 for an advance payment, the form 24 for a monthly payment (quarterly), and unitized. Individual information are printed on the forms 23, 24 of the unitized form 13. After the printing is executed, a binding margin 36 of the form 13 is coated with adhesive. Thereafter, the form 13 is cut to the forms 23, 24 predetermined numbers are stacked, and aligned. Binding margins of the stacked and aligned forms 23, 24 are held and connected while crushing it by a form connecting unit, bound, and hence the booklet having substantially the same thickness of the margin as a that of the residual form superposed part is manufactured.
