To provide a booklet or the like or a holder thereof which improves the stability on the occasion of holding the booklet or the like by one hand and moreover facilitates turning-over of pages while holding the booklet or the like by one hand.

The holder which is fitted on the back cover part of the booklet or the like for holding it is provided with a fixing part to be fitted to the booklet or the like and with an engagement part to be engaged with the fingers of a user holding the booklet or the like. The engagement part is formed almost in the shape of holes into which the fingers of the user holding the booklet or the like are inserted or in the shape of protrusions/recessess which have portions to be put on the fingers from above, or almost in the shape of a rod which is extended to the lower part of the back cover part of the booklet or the like, and is used for the grasp by the fingers of the user, while the part may have a bend part which is bent in the vicinity of the back cover part and used for storage. The holder may also be so constituted as to be fitted beforehand to the main body of the booklet or the like, and it may be so constituted as to form the booklet or the like for stable holding by providing the back cover part with the engagement part to be engaged with the fingers of the user holding the booklet or the like.
