To provide a booklet turning apparatus which can eliminate the need to conduct resetting of the booklet in printing of a plurality of pages.

In order to turn a booklet 1 in its page part 1a and to feed the booklet 1 to a printing apparatus 70 for printing, the booklet 1 is transported through first carrying passages 7, 7 to the printing apparatus 70, and the page is turned by a booklet turning mechanism for turning a predetermined page of the booklet transported through the first carrying passages 7, 7. In the case of printing on another page, the booklet is received from the printing apparatus 70 and transported through a second carrying passage 47 to the first carrying passage 7 on the upstream side of the booklet turning mechanism, and the page of the booklet is again turned by the booklet turning mechanism.
