To provide a bookmark and a communication method in which input of destination information such as a telephone number and a mail address is eliminated.
A QR code 2 in which connection destination information such as a telephone number and a mail address is recorded is previously printed on a bookmark 1. A cell phone 5 reads out the QR code 2 of the bookmark 1 by a reading part 5a and sends the connection destination information recorded in the QR code 2 to a radio part 5b so as to be automatically connected to a corresponding connection destination. In this invention, input of connection destination information such as a telephone number and a mail address to a communication apparatus can be eliminated and user's convenience is remarkably improved.
