To provide a simple structured bookmark inexpensively which can be automatically inserted between interrupted pages, eliminating operation for inserting the bookmark at each interruption when the pages are closed by interrupting reading, etc.

The bookmark consists of a sheet-like sticking part 1 of a suitable size forming an adhesive layer 11 on at least one surface of a front surface 12 or a rear surface 13, and of a stripped pressing part 2 made of rubber protruding ahead from one end of the sticking part 1. A pressing part 2 consists of a protruding part 22 protruding ahead from the sticking part 1, and of a pressing part body 23 in which the tip formed continued to this protruding part 22 is bent to the sticking part 1 side. A connecting part 24 to the sticking part 1 of the base end of the protruding part 22 and a connecting part 25 to the protruding part 22 and the pressing part body 23 are automatically returned to a predetermined bending position at least expandably in an axial direction and by elasticity.
