This bookstand is constituted of the main body part 1 to receive the backside of a book, the lower receiving part 2 to receive the lower part of a book, and the leg part 3 to keep an inclined condition of a book. A light transmitting sheet file 8 made of plastic is equipped on the surface 1a of the main body part 1. Small article containers 11, 14, 17 formed into almost similar thickness are equipped on the backside 1b of the main body part 1 so as to surround the leg part 5.
