To provide a boost water supply unit preventing seizing of a pump, used for a direct connection type boost water supply device at its second stage or thereafter.
The boost water supply unit includes: a pressurizing pump; a check valve; a pressure tank such as an accumulator; a pressure sensor; and the like. The check valve to be opened to the boosting direction of the pressurizing pump is disposed at the primary side of the pressurizing pump. The pressure tank such as an accumulator, and the pressure sensor for sensing the pressure on the primary side of the pressurizing pump are provided on the primary side of the check valve. The boost water supply unit is for a boost water supply unit of the second stage or thereafter in the case of using boost water supply devices connected in series. Sticking of the pump is prevented thereby.
