To provide a booster device for a pipe conveyor belt capable of securely transmitting an intermediate drive force to the pipe conveyor belt and a pipe conveyor device using the booster device.
This pipe conveyor device comprises the booster device 2 having a pair of auxiliary pulleys 3 and 3 installed spaced near the intermediate part of the forward route 1a of the cylindrically rounded conveyor belt 1, a drive means 4 rotating at least one of the auxiliary pulleys 3, and a booster belt 5 wound on both auxiliary pulleys 3 and 3 and allowed to run endlessly. Also, the device is formed such that the intermediate part of the forward route 5a for both auxiliary pulleys 3 and 3 in the booster belt 5 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the portion of the conveyor belt 1 round in a cylindrical shape and run in the same direction.
