Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a booster unit in tunnel with small cross section.
SOLUTION: This booster unit 11 for a belt conveyer is generally composed of an intermediate driving pulley 12, a belt pressing pulley 13 arranged on the lower tail end side (lower right side in the figure) of the intermediate driving pulley 12, a driving mechanism 14 used as a driving means for rotating and driving the intermediate driving pulley 12, and a transmission mechanism 15 interlaid between the intermediate driving pulley 12 and the driving mechanism 14, the intermediate driving pulley 12 is composed by coaxially arranging multiple divided pulleys 16a, 16b, 16c, sprockets 17a, 17b are coaxially and integrally joined with the divided pulleys 16a, 16b, 16c among them, and a chain 18 constituting a part of the transmission mechanism 15 is engaged with the sprockets 17a, 17b.
