Abstract:
To provide a new device for reducing width of a brake for a linear guide in its moving direction.
Force is increased in a parallel direction by a wedge 1 for driving at right angles to a linear movement. The increased force is used to drive a wedge 2 superposed on to the wedge 1 to further increase the force at right angles to the linear movement.
