The boots with the straps have boot straps 11 and each part of the boot strap is connected on a sequential one-piece dress regime. In each part, primary parts 11f and 11g are connected with the instep areas of the boots from the area 3 of the metatarsal bone of a vola 1, second parts 11e and 11h are connected with the surroundings on the outside of the upper part 6 on the heels of the boots and the area from the area 3 of the metatarsal bone of the vola 1, third parts 11d and 11i are connected with the leg instep from the same position of the upper part and this position of the upper part from the leg instep.
