Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a coiling device which holds and connects terminal lines in the same process and that performs coiling on a small-diameter part.
CONSTITUTION: A device is provided with a series of links 7, 8, 9 and 10 which are connected to be freely rocked with guiding parts, an arm 6 which is connected with the edges of the links 7, 8, 9 and 10, a nozzle holding part 5 which is connected with the other edges of the links 7, 8, 9 and 10, a nozzle 4 which is supported by the nozzle holding part 5 and that supplies coiling material and a rotating means which rotates at the fixed angle from the rocking direction of the nozzle supporting part 5. Thus, coiling on a small-diameter bobbin is allowed.
