Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate confirmation of correcting state during machining and quality data after the end of machining by finding out a bore contiguration and quality data by means of a data processing calculator on the basis of detected bore diameter and/or stroke value and displaying those data as picture images.

CONSTITUTION: An interface 16 receives the rotational direction phase, belonging to a motor 22 which rotates the spindle of a hone head, and detected by a phase detector 24 in response to scan time coming from the sequencer 26 of a phase detector 10 and also receives a stroke position detected, by a position detector 12 having a microcomputer 28 for controlling honing machining, from a pulse signal of an encoder 30 directly connected to a motor 32 for making reciprocation control. In addition, a bore diameter signal detected by a bore diameter sensor 34 of an air type or laser type is simultaneously amplified by means of the constant sizing device 36 of a bore diameter measuring instrument 4 and sent to the interface 6 as well as displayed, and further a bore contiguration and quality data are sought by data processing calculator 18 together with abovementioned signal and shown on an image display 20. Quick quality control is made avaible in this way.
