Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material including a solid lubricant that is dense, has a low friction coefficient, shows a small comparative abrasion quantity and can be used in the all kinds of atmospheres.
SOLUTION: Tungsten disulfide in an amount of 20-60 wt.%, Ni-20Cr-3B in an amount of 1.5-3.0 wt.%, Ni-12.7B in an amount of 2.0-3.5 wt.% and the rest amount of WB are mixed, molded and sintered. Particularly, the particle size of tungsten disulfide is adjusted to ≤2 μm.
