PURPOSE: To promote efficiency by providing a rising and falling slide plate to a tower-like body formed of a fixed frame and a rod, tuning an excavation pipe loaded thereto to excavate and, at the same time, providing an additional excavation pipe carrying section upward of the excavation pipe.

CONSTITUTION: An excavation pipe A is fixed to a tuning section 11 of a slide plate 5, and a water supply pipe B is connected to the base end of the pipe A. After that, the pipes A and B are combined to each other and are tuned and driven, and excavation is made while draining water from the front end of the pipe A. Then, after the completion of excavation, the pipe B is removed from the pipe A, and after the pipe B is moved under an up fixed frame body 1, it is slid to the outside if the frame body 1. After the pipe A alert.ed to the outside of the frame body 1 is slid to the inside, it is moved downward to connect the pipes A to each other. In addition, the pipe B is slid to the inside of the frame body 1 and is connected to the base end of the pipe A, and excavation work is started again. According to the constitution, a series of excavation works can be carried out in succession, at the same time, work efficiency can be greatly promoted, and pulling-out work can be easily carried out in reverse process of works.
