A drilling toll is provided with a pair of drill blades made of cemented carbide on each side of the center of rotation at a tip of a drill shaft 10, a discharging groove 12 to discharge the cut chip is provided on a forward side in the rotational direction of each drill blade, a reamer blade 14 made of super high-pressure sintered body is provided through an outer circumferential edge of each drill blade 11 and a groove 13, and a chamfering blade 15 inclined outwardly in the radial direction on a rear part side with the prescribed clearance from a tip of the drill shaft 10 on either of the outer circumferential edge of each drill blade 11 or the extension line of each reamer blade 14 is provided. A spot facing blade 16 made of super high-pressure sintered body is provided on a rear part side of the chamfering blade 15 on the outer circumferential edge of each drill blade 11 on which no chamfering blade 15 is provided or on the extension line of each reamer blade 14.
