Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both side grilling grill capable of efficiently heating a material to be cooked such as fish put on a baking net in a grill shed from both upper and lower sides by combustion gas of a gas burner arranged on the outside of the grill shed.
SOLUTION: Gas burners 38a, 38b are arranged on the outside of a grill shed 22 in which a material to be cooked is put on baking net 24 and is stored, upper introduction ports 42a, 42b are provided at positions higher than the grill on wall faces 36, 36 of the grill shed 22, lower introduction ports 44a, 44b are provided at positions lower than the net 24, and combustion gas of gas burners 38a, 38b is introduced into the grill shed 22 from respective introduction ports to heat and cook the material to be cooked from both upper and lower sides.
