PURPOSE: To restrict the flow of roasting juice and prevent the abnormal combustion of a grill lower burner and the generation of lampblack by providing an eaves section above the grill lower burner at a gap, providing a soaking plate above the eaves section, and providing multiple openings on the portion of the soaking plate protruded from the eaves section into a grill room.

CONSTITUTION: When a heated object mounted on a roasting net 3 is heated and cooked in a grill room 7 by a grill upper burner 11 and a grill lower burner 4, roasting juice or the like flows out from the heated object and flows to the unopened section 9 of a soaking plate 6 from the roasting net 3, then it flows further downward from the openings 5 and tip section of the soaking plate 6. An unopened section 9 is provided to cover an eaves section 8, the eaves section 8 is provided to cover the grill lower burner 4, thus all the dropping roasting juice drops directly on a grill dish 2. The roasting juice or the like is prevented from clogging the flame holes of the grill lower burner 4 and inducing abnormal combustion, while the combustion air of the grill lower burner 4 flows in a gap 10 to cool the surrounding, thus no lampblack is generated.
