To provide a bottle alignment method for avoiding damage to and fall-down of bottles by handling the bottles to be carried more gently while eliminating the pushed-and-pushed condition of the bottles to be carried via conveyors, and to provide a bottle supply conveyor device.

The bottom alignment method is provided for aligning returnable empty or filled bottles in set lines and supplying them to a bottle treatment device such as a bottle washer or packer. It comprises sorting bottles being aligned and carried via the conveyors into single-line conveyors, and aligning and supplying the bottles in head numbers or groups required by the rear-stage bottle treatment device while using a bottle distributing means for repetitively doubling the sorted single lines. The bottle supply conveyor device is also provided.
