Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cooling efficiency of a bottle by continuously arranging a plurality of rows of bottle conveyors whose transferring directions are alternately opposite to each other, providing a turn guide on both end parts of the adjacent bottle conveyor to constitute a conveyor carrying means, and arranging a water sprinkling nozzle along the conveyor carrying means in a freely ascending/descending manner.
SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of bottle conveyors in which the transferring directions are alternately opposite to each other and main guides 10a, 10b are continuously provided on both sides, are continuously provided, a conveyor carrying means provided with turn guides 8a1, 8a2-8e1, 8e2, and 9a1, 9a2-9e1, 9e2 on both end parts of the adjacent bottle conveyor is provided, and turn conveyor 3 which is also used for an inlet conveyor, and a turn conveyor 5 which is also used for an outlet conveyor are arranged on the right and left sides, respectively. The bottle which is sterilized at a high temperature supplied to the inlet part 2 is transferred to the outlet part 4 in a meandering manner by the conveyor carrying means, and during this operation, the bottle is cooled by spraying shower water from an elevating/lowering water sprinkling nozzle row erected along both sides of the bottle conveyors.
