In the bottle holder 4, a protective sheet made as of rubber having the cold or hot insulation performance and a cushioning function sticks to the inside of an outer cover sheet 1. Thereby, the bottle holder 4 identical in shape to the barrel 7 of a glass bottle 3a or a bottle 3b or smaller than the glass bottle 3a or the bottle 3b is three-dimensionally formed.
