Abstract:

To fit a label at a predetermined position in the peripheral direction on a barrel.

A bottle 10 comprises a barrel 11, a shoulder 12 continuous to an upper end in the direction of the center axial line O of the barrel 11, and a mouth 13 continuous to the upper end of the shoulder 12 and extending upwardly, and a label is fitted to the barrel 11. A peripheral position detecting unit 15 which is projected outwardly in the radial direction or recessed inwardly in the radial direction is formed at least in the shoulder 12 at a portion from the upper end of the barrel 11 to the upper end of the shoulder 12.
