Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the biting of a bottle into an infeed screw by releasing the second stopper at the timing that the top bottle stopped by the second stopper is kept in contact with the last bottle released by the first stopper.
CONSTITUTION: When bottles 10 are to be stopped, air pressure is discharged from both the first stopper 6 and the second stopper 7 to stop them. When air is fed to the first stopper 6 for a restart, it is released, and the bottles 10 are normally shifted. When the first stopper 6 is released, the bottles 10 between the first stopper 6 and the second stopper 7 are guided into an infeed screw 3, and the second stopper 7 is kept protruded at this time. When the bottles 10 guided into the infeed screw 3 start to be fed, the second stopper 7 is released, and the bottles 10 are fed. Since the first stopper 6 and the second stopper 7 are installed, constant pressure is applied to the in screw 3, and no biting occurs.
