CONSTITUTION: Three kinds of PbTiO3 powder different in average grain diameter are mixed in an organic substance each by equivalent into a 72-78vol% and have low piezoelectric dependency and excellent piezoelectric characteristics, thereby obtaining a high output stable even with a variation in electrostatic pressure.
