To solve a problem that a bathroom is not provided with a cold insulating container to cool a bottle, and even if the cold insulating container is brought into a bathtub, bottles in the container are apt to fall down while, when the bottles stored in the pieces of ice are taken out, that is, the bottle is apt to lose the balance and falls down in a slightly ill-balanced position or even when one's hand comes into slight contact with the bottle and when taking the bottle out of pieces of ice in the cold insulation container filled with pieces of ice and returning again the bottle into the container, the pieces of ice collapse down to the position of the bottle, hence, it is difficult to return the bottles into the pieces of ice in the container.

The cold insulting container comprises a bottle supporting container, a bottle supporting string, and a bottle string to be set in the cold insulating container and the bottle supporting container. Further, a bottle water dripping wiper is provided to stabilize the cold insulating container.
