PURPOSE: To provide a plastic bottle which is relatively easy to produce and is free of falling off of a handle member which is caused due to welding or partial fitting.

CONSTITUTION: A bottle is comprised of a plastic bottle 1 and a handle member 2 attached to the bottle 1, and has a ringlike recess part 4 on the shoulder of the plastic bottle 1 and a locking part 3a for the handle member 2 under the ringlike recess part 4. The handle member 2 is composed of a ringlike part 5 which is attached to the ringlike recess part 4, and a handle part 6 which extends downward from the ringlike part 5 and has at its lower end an angular part 6b capable of being locked into the locking part 3a.
