Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bottle to which a cap with incorrect opening prevention function having ratchets can be smoothly fitted without damaging it by a capping machine in the filling process.
SOLUTION: A bottle is provided with a cap with incorrect opening prevention function having seal rings forming ratchets on the inner peripheral face connected together on the peripheral wall lower end of a cap main body through a plurality of fragile connecting pieces. In that case, a plurality of ratchets 110 having intermeshing sections 111 and riding-across inclined faces 112 are formed in the peripheral direction below screwing section 120 formed on the outer peripheral face of a neck section 100 of the bottle 10, and the riding-across inclined faces of the ratchets are formed into the shape of cutting edges on the outer upper ends of load reducing inclined faces 113.
