Abstract:

To provide a bottled beverage that makes it possible to effectively feel umami and sweetness of theanine.

The present invention is a beverage that contains theanine, and (A) monogalactosyl diglyceride and (B) digalactosyl diglyceride, and their contents, per 1 L of the beverage, are as follows: (a) theanine 20-80 mg, (b) (A)+(B)=1.3-12.0 mg, and (c) (A)/(B)=0.90-3.0.
