Abstract:
To provide a bottom expansion tool capable of stabilizing the final processing diameter of an expanded diameter part and the axial position from a bottom end.SOLUTION: A bottom expansion tool TE1 comprises: an installation part 10 installed in a rotary driving device; a tool body 20; diameter expansion operation members 30, 40; and a compression spring 50 energizing the diameter expansion operation members 30, 40 toward a tip side with respect to the tool body 20. The tool body 20 comprises plural deflection pieces 24 each having a diameter expansion blade 28. The diameter expansion operation members 30, 40 comprise: a diameter expansion operation part 44 deflecting the plural deflection pieces 24 by relative displacement with respect to the tool body 20 to deviate the diameter expansion blades 28 to the outside; and a stopper par 48. The stopper part 48 collides with the tool body 20 or the installation part 10 in an axial direction to prevent the relative displacement of the tool body 20 to the tip side with respect to the diameter expansion operation members 30, 40 beyond the collided position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
