Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom plate water cut-off method in an open caisson construction method, capable of surely preventing water leakage of a bottom part of a caisson skeleton in a short time.
SOLUTION: The caisson skeleton 1 is provided with a pipe 3 for introducing freezing liquefied gas 4 into a successively joining surface 21 of the caisson skeleton 1 and bottom plate underwater concrete 2, and water is cut off by freezing underground water of the successively joining surface 21 by the freezing liquefied gas 4.
