The invention relates to a ricochet device for a timepiece, comprising: a spring housing from which a first wheel train extends to an escapement, having an escape wheel and an escape fork torsionally disposed on an escapement axle supported rotatably, an oscillation system being at the rear of the escapement; and a second wheel train extending from the spring housing to a second wheel torsionally disposed on a second wheel shaft supporting a second hand, and including a step pinion torsionally disposed on a step spindle supported rotatably. The step spindle has a step lever projecting in a radial direction, and the step lever engages in a gap of a star gear torsionally arranged on a star gear spindle of a gear of the first wheel train. The step lever is released once every second until it engages into another gap of the star gear, by rotating the gear of the star gear spindle, and the force of the spring housing enables the second wheel train to rotate continuously with a second scale of the second wheel. An intermediate accumulation part being energized is arranged between an accumulation driving wheel and an accumulation driven wheel of the first wheel train, and can be wound by driving of the spring housing, and a gear arranged on the star gear spindle is constituted as a gear arranged between the accumulation driven wheel of the first wheel train and an escape wheel.
