A containing part 4 of a bracket 5 is formed in a truncated conical shape such that an opening part 7 is smaller than a bottom part 11, and slip-off prevention of an internal rubber part 6 is effected. This containing part 4 is filled with unvulcanized rubber without using an adhesive for rubber to eliminate a pretreatment process before vulcanization. The unvulcanized rubber is the unvulcanized rubber is piled up to the upper part of the peripheral edge flange part 10 of the opening part 7 to form an external rubber part 8. The rubber-form elastic body 2 is vulcanization-molded, and by utilizing rubber shrinkage after vulcanization, a gap 14 to provide non-linear spring characteristics is formed between the internal rubber part 6 and the inner wall of the containing part 4.
