The bouquet wrap machine comprises a bouquet binder comprising a power supply box having a built-in power supply and a built-in switch circuit, a plurality of lead wires each connected to an electric circuit of the power supply box and having the LED element at its end, and a fixing belt fixing them to the bouquet; and a light-scattering film capable of covering at least the outer circumference of a plurality of LED elements and the bouquet.
