To improve effectiveness for reducing wave resistance according to a change in wave characteristics of a ship's hull caused by a change of vessel speed, a change of draft, a change of hydrographic conditions such as ocean waves, winds, tides and the like in a displacement-type marine vessel, and to improve effectiveness for generating a floating force of an apparatus related to the kinematics control of the ship's hull in a state that the effectiveness for reducing wave resistance is improved.

By moving the whole bow valve 30, the size and the external configuration of the bow valve can be changed. The bow valve is equipped with fins 37, 38, and move the fins can be moved together with the bow valve.
