Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the customer service and improve the operating efficiency of lanes by allowing bowlers to order food and drink via consoles from individual lanes during bowling games.
CONSTITUTION: Printers 7a-7d of a teahouse 5 and a restaurant 6 are connected via a LAN 10 to a front control device 2 connected with consoles 4 via a LAN 9. The front control device 2 receives the order data transmitted from the consoles 4 and transfers them to the printers 7a-7d. The printers 7a-7d receive and print out the order data transferred from the front control device 2. The order data inputted by bowlers on the consoles 4 during bowling games are transferred to the teahouse 5 or restaurant 6 via the front control device 2.
