To notify a user by automatically searching the storage position of a bowling ball fitted to user's body attributes such as the thickness of the fingers.

This automatic bowling ball search system is characterized in having first database storing specific information consisting of a weight and a serial number of each bowling ball, information of the sizes and the intervals of finger holes of a bowling ball corresponding to the specific information, storage position information of a storage rack, and present available information; a second means reading the shape of the user's hand and analyzing the body attributes on the fingers for grasping the bowling ball from the read image; and a third means searching the first database based on the body attribute information, or the analysis result, extracting the storage position of the bowling ball fitted to the body attributes of the user, and notifying the availability and the storage position to the user.
