Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange pins at an arbitrary pin arrangement pattern by implementing opening/closing operation of scissors for pinching the neck parts of pins by a link mechanism and setting the coupling unit between the scissors and the link mechanism by a solenoid into an interlocking state or a free state.
SOLUTION: Coupling units 7a-7j are so formed that the interlocked state and the released state (free state) between rods 3a-3d and rotational movement elements 2a-2j can be electrically set. Scissors 1a-1j pinching the necks of erected pins are coupled with the rotational movement elements 2a-2j and the rotational movement elements 2a-2j have one ends as the rotational movement centers and the other ends coupled with the rods 3a-3d with the coupling units 7a-7j parts. One ends of the rods 3a-3d are coupled with one ends of the rotational movement elements 4a-4d and the other ends of the rotational movement elements 4a-4d are coupled with the rod 5. The changeover of the states of the coupling unit 7a-7j is selected by energizing or unenergizing to a solenoid included in the unit.
