Abstract:
A bowling score calculation device, a bowling score calculation method, and a computer program are provided in which a new game result is allowed to be obtained. The bowling score calculation device, from the result of a game adopted as a calculation source, receives selection of which throw of which frame of which game is to be used for each throw of each frame of a new score, and then calculates a new score by treating as a throw result a knocked-down pin count at the selected throw number of the selected frame in the selected game. Since a result not according to the ability is obtained, children, young people, adult people, and elderly people are allowed to enjoy together. Further, drawing of lottery or the like is employed in the selection of a game, a frame, and a throw number so that a luck factor is incorporated. Thus, "five-generation mutually supported bowling" is allowed to be realized in which people over "five generations", including also an ancestor generation who brings luck, support each other.
