Title:
BOX BODY MADE OF HONEYCOMB PANEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3247227
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce a cost and to enhance combustibility by forming a main body and cap of a boxy body for a coffin of honeycomb panels adhered with surface plates on both surfaces of honeycomb cores which are core materials and using paper and chemical synthetic paper as base materials for cell walls of the honeycomb cores.
CONSTITUTION: This box body 1 used as the coffin consists of the box-shaped main body 2 opened at the front surface and the cap 3 closing the front surface 4 of the main body 2. The respective surfaces of the main body 2 and the cap 3 are formed of the honeycomb panels 10 formed by adhering the surface plates 9 to both surfaces of the honeycomb cores 8 as the core materials. The honeycomb cores 8 consist of plain assemblies of the hollow columnar cells 12 formed of the cell walls 11. The paper and chemical synthetic paper are used as the base materials of the cell walls 11. Thin quarter-sawn timber boards, i.e., wood shaving-like sheets, decorative boards coated with resin sheets on the surfaces, printed plywood, etc., are used as the surface plates 9.
