To provide a box for conveying a glass substrate, which enables even the glass substrates different in size to be surely and efficiently supported in a common conveyance box without being associated with the adjustment of movement of a side plate.
A plurality of substrate supporting bodies 16 and 18, which have a plurality of supporting grooves for supporting a plurality of glass substrates G, are provided in one side wall 6a and a bottom surface plate 3 constituting a box body 2; a bottom end of the glass substrate G and one side end thereof are supported by the supporting grooves of the supporting bodies 16 and 18 so that the glass substrate G can be placed on the plate 3 in an inclined state; and a pressing body 28 for pressing the other side end of the glass substrate G is provided in the other side wall 6b which is provided in the state of facing one side wall 6a.
