Abstract:
To solve such a problem with a general intermittent feeder as when staked items such pouches, sticks, and boxes are fed at the ratio of stoppage and movement of 1 to 1, as the speed grows faster, collapsing load and jamming occur, and frequently occur in particular while reducing the speed, and in addition, frequently occur in a system structurally with unevenness and gaps and when there are many on and off times in an electrically driven system.SOLUTION: In a box motion system, the number of times of stoppage and movement is reduced in a system of a feeding structure from a top side or a horizontal direction in a structure without gaps such as half angles and half circles, and a stoppage time is shorten, and the carry-in of the next product is performed while the current product is moving. One servo motor that stably feeds 70 to 80 times per minute in the box motion system changes from the rotational motion to the reciprocating motion, and another servo motor changes from the rotational motion to the vertical motion. These two servo motors are driven in synchronization, making on and off each one time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
