Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a box for screen whose cost required for production and transportation is drastically reduced and whose size is freely changed in accordance with the size of a roll screen, by providing engaging parts capable of engaging with each other at both ends of an upper member and the upper ends of side members and performing assembly.
SOLUTION: This box 1 for screen is constituted of a box main body 8, which is constituted of the upper member 6 and a pair of side members 7 attached to both sides of the member 6 and whose entire cross section is nearly U-shaped, a bottom member 9 and a pair of side wall plates 10. Then, the main body 8 is assembled by engaging the hook pieces of the members 7 with locking pieces erected upward on both sides of the member 6. Before the main body 8 is assembled, it is disassembled to the upper member 6 and a pair of side members 7. Therefore, work efficiency is more improved than the case that the entire main body of the box 1 is extrusion-molded of aluminum, so that the cost is drastically reduced in production.
